Plastic recycling

Did you know the only types of plastic which are currently widely recycled are plastic bottles? You can check whether your plastic can be recycled by looking at the triangle printed on the plastic, if it is type 1 or type 2 then it belongs in the plastic bottle recycling bin. All other types of plastic, including black plastic, yoghurt pots and plastic trays belong in the general waste bin.
